High Court Decides Process to Opt In to EQC On-sold Class Action

Qualifying homeowners can now 'opt in' to the EQC On-sold class action from 8 May 2023 until 5pm on 22 September 2023. They will simply need to complete the 'Opt In' form approved by the High Court (which can be found here, or look under the 'Claim Documents' section on this website) and return this to the High Court at the address provided.
